Q:  Can I provide my own shirt?

A:  No.  For this process the shirts need a special pretreatment to allow the dye to stay brilliant.  

Q:  What is your turnaround time?

A:  That depends on the size and type of the order.  It is impossible to keep every size of every style of every color of shirt in stock so they have to be ordered.  Larger orders take more time.  We get the orders done as fast as possible as they come in.  Usual turnaround is approximately 4-7 days.

Q:  Why do custom shirts cost so much?  I saw t-shirts online for a few dollars each.

A:  The equipment used in this process is extremely expensive.  It takes time to create these shirts. The other materials (dye and vinyl) are far more expensive than the shirt.  My prices are lower than anyone else's.
